Conditions
Hotel reservations:
A deposit of 15% is required (Min. 1 night stay). The difference must be payd at the hotel.
Excursions:
No deposit is required. The entire sum has to be paid 4 days before the excursion except for different agreements. Cancellation charges apply until 24 hrs prior to departure when the passenger will have the right of 90 % refund, providing that notice is given at least 24 hrs before the journey comences. Refund cannot be given after this time. The agency reserves the right to cancel the journey at any time and without any other obligation other than to pay back the total sum paid. The agency also reserves the right to vary the programme in case of necessity as the occasion may require. The Travel Contract is subjected to the clauses of the International Convention, law 1084/1977 and 111/1995. The client is bound to comunicate to the Travel Agency as soon as possible in writing or in any other appropriate form any fault found with the performance of the contract.
10% reduction for internet bookings, until 30 days before
Opera tickets:
Payment of the entire sum is required at the time of booking.
Arena tickets are not refundable
